We are pleased to offer various Delivery Methods for your convenience:

Shipping (Canada Only 🇨🇦)

  • We offer FREE shipping in Canada on purchases of Ostomy or Women's Health products over $150 before taxes or savings (We do not offer shipping on Mobility or Bath Safety at this time)
  • Orders under $150 will be a flat shipping rate of $15
  • Most orders will be shipped by Purolator within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with a Purolator tracking number

Local Delivery (Halton, Brantford, Hamilton, Haldimand & Niagara)

We are pleased to offer FREE Local Home Delivery to all of Burlington, Oakville, Halton, Brantford, Hamilton, Haldimand & Niagara* with no minimum order.

Ostomy & Women's Health Products:

  • Deliveries occur Mon - Sat by a member of our team
    • Oakville deliveries are ONLY on Tuesdays & Fridays
  • Most orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days
  • We do not guarantee delivery times as our routes vary


Mobility Aids & Bath Safety:


  • Deliveries occur Mon - Fri by a member of our team
  • You will be contacted to confirm your order details & arrange a delivery date/time
  • Products will conveniently be assembled when you receive them and can be installed in place by our experts


White Glove Delivery Service: Golden Lift Chairs & Harmony Products
  • When purchasing these products, if you select White Glove Delivery Service - you will receive a phone call prior to delivery. 
  • Harmony will deliver products, set them up, and remove any garbage. 
  • Products will come with 2 year, in-home service by Harmony for any warranty issues. 
  • WGS is NOT available in Northwest Territories, Yukon, or Nunavut.

 

If you would like to use free local delivery, you must select "Ship" as your delivery method at checkout and then enter your address. You will qualify for free local delivery based on your address.

Local Pickup

  • We offer FREE local pickup at our store during store hours
  • Most items are usually ready in 2-4 business days
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
