What if I don’t see a product that I'm after?
Just ask! Whatever your healthcare needs are, you'll likely find what you're looking for through Brant Arts! We have access to thousands of home health, ostomy & mobility products that may not be listed on our site at the moment. To inquire about a product not found on our online store, please just request the item and item number in the notes section in the checkout page or contact us. We will be sure to get back to you on the availability and add the item to your order if it is available!
We'll even do our best to get your requested product(s) added to the online shop so it is available to you for future online purchases!
When can I expect my order be ready?
We strive to pack orders as quickly & efficiently as possible! Most orders will be ready for pickup or local delivery within 2-4 business days. Most orders will be shipped in 3-5 days. You will receive a notification by email or text when your order is ready or has shipped. Kindly check your junk folder, as pickup notifications may sometimes end up there!

How much is shipping? (Ostomy & Women's Health Products Only)
We offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $150 CAD. Orders under $150 will be a flat shipping rate of $15 CAD.
We are happy to offer a FREE Local Home Delivery to Burlington, Oakville, Halton, Brantford, Haldimand, Hamilton & Niagara with no minimum order.
Is funding available for ostomy supplies or mobility aids?
Get help paying for ostomy supplies when you qualify for the Assistive Devices Program. Details on the program here. If you have any questions about how to apply for this funding program, ask our expert team for help!

How can I request a consultation with an Ostomy Nurse?
Enterostomal Therapy is available by appointment with nurse Jan Brimer. Jan is a Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC). At your appointment, Jan can review ostomy information with you, demonstrate the medical equipment and answer any questions you have. Please contact us to book an appointment.

Our leading Women’s Health experts offer consultations by appointment to women of all ages with the goal of optimizing health and well being!
