Refund policy

We ask that you choose your online purchases carefully and check measurements. However, in the event you need to return an online purchase, we will be happy to assist you and offer a refund on qualifying items (see exceptions below) if the item is unused, unopened, sealed and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Contact us at homehealth@brantarts.ca or 905-637-3833 should you wish to return an item. Shipping will be at your cost but please contact us first so we can provide you with the information you require to ship back to us.

Brant Arts reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise. Other exclusions may apply.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like measurable (sized to fit) products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), bath safety , beds and mattresses, power chairs, lift chairs, scooters and personal care goods. Please ensure the item will fit the customer as it cannot be returned if too large or too small. If unsure of sizing, please contact our sales representatives for assistance before ordering. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
