The Atlas Rave 2 is a compact, durable stair lift designed to restore accessibility to multi-level homes. Key Features include
- Design: It is the most compact stair lift on the market, folding to just over 11 inches.
- Comfort: Features include a fully upholstered, spacious seat with an adjustable back, a 90-degree swivel for easy exits, and a retractable seat belt.
- Operation: The unit is maintenance-free and includes two call/send remote controls. It offers both right and left-hand control options.
- Power: It features extended battery life, supporting up to 60 cycles during a power outage.
Folding Rail Option: For homes with obstructions like doors at the bottom of the stairs, an optional folding rail is available.
- It allows for continuous motion, meaning the unit does not stop while the rail extends or retracts.
- It includes charge strips above and below the hinge for flexibility.
- Optional tall rail brackets can prevent the rail from extending into a hallway.
Safety and Warranty
- Safety: The Rave 2 meets ASME 18.1 standards and is ETL listed. Safety mechanisms include an integrated centrifugal overspeed brake, a seat swivel interlock, and obstruction sensors on both the chassis and footrest. An optional key-lock can prevent unauthorized use.
- Warranty: The product includes a 2-year warranty on the drive train and parts, as well as a 1-year warranty on the battery.
